What you are buying

A written audit report (PDF) of the website you specify, as described on the SEO audit and pricing pages, plus one round of follow-up questions by email. Pro includes a 30-minute call. The audit is a diagnosis; it does not include implementation.

Delivery

Within 48 working hours (Monday–Friday, IST, excluding Indian public holidays) of payment and of receiving any access we request. Sites over 2,000 indexable URLs may need longer; we tell you before starting. The Agency pack is delivered within 30 days of the third site being specified.

Refunds

If the audit finds nothing worth fixing, we refund in full. If we cannot deliver within the stated time for reasons on our side, you may cancel for a full refund. Once a report has been delivered, fees are otherwise non-refundable, because the work has been done. Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven working days.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorised to have the site audited. Access you grant (e.g. Search Console) is read-only and removed after delivery.

Limits

Recommendations are professional opinion based on the data available at the time; search engines change and results are not guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fee paid. Governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction Bengaluru.

Invoices

A GST invoice is issued for every order. If you pay by invoice rather than online, the 48-hour clock starts on receipt of payment.
